Our people

Combo, owned and established by David and Rachel Markus, commenced business over eight years ago and employs more than twenty staff. David and Rachel are highly experienced Corporate IT & Project Managers and still work in the business every day.

Our staff regularly attend industry training and briefing sessions to stay in touch with the latest IT developments. We take the time to research technology at a level that small businesses cannot afford to do independently.

As a team, we are dynamic because we love our IT, care for our customers, take our work very seriously and still know how to have fun!

David Markus – Founder and Managing Director

B.Eng, MCSE, MCP

David founded Combo in 2002. He has been working with computers since 1987 and has worked in some of the leading IT companies globally. During his career, he has been responsible for the upkeep of literally thousands of computers. Apart from a passion for flying and skiing, David is a proud dad.

Rachel Markus – Joint Managing Director

Co-founder Rachel has a background in IT as a project manager, analyst, software developer, and has a solid understanding of IT business needs. She is also the driving force in developing and maintaining the company's business systems and processes. Rachel enjoys being across all aspects of the business, from Sales and Marketing to HR, Compliance and – of course – Combo’s technology systems. Rachel also enjoys skiing, and singing in a band.

Patrick Scaramozzino – General Manager

Patrick joined Combo in February 2012 with the responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Product Development. Prior to this Patrick worked in a number of Senior Sales and Management roles within the IT & T services sector and brings wealth of experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relations ensuring the right match of services for customer needs.

With a ‘customer first’ focus and over twenty years’ industry expertise Patrick’s experience will aid and continue to drive Combo to develop innovative solutions to deliver better business outcomes to our clients.
