The Position:
The key responsibilities of this position are to respond to support issues, solve technical problems and deliver infrastructure and cloud based problem-solving as part of a tight-knit Service Delivery Team. You will be remotely supporting our customers’ IT systems, networks, desktops, servers, virtual and cloud environments.

The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

You must also have least one year’s experience in a similar IT Customer Service role within Australia.

Desirable Technical Skills include:
Microsoft knowledge – Active Directory, Office 365, General PC and network infrastructure skills
Microsoft certification or Mac OSX knowledge a bonus (MCP)
Server skills as bonus

You should also be able to understand that customer service involves more than just getting the technology right.

The key responsibilities of this position are to respond to support issues, solve technical problems and deliver infrastructure and cloud based projects as part of a tight-knit Service Delivery Team. You will be supporting our customers’ IT systems, networks, desktops, servers, virtual and cloud environments.
The role is customer focused, you will be responsible for completing onsite and remote work as the Primary Technical Engineer for a number of customers and they will look to you for advice and guidance across system upgrades, infrastructure administration, and onsite end user support.

The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You will also need a valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.

Desirable:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in an IT Customer Service Role (previous MSP experience highly desirable)
  • Microsoft knowledge – Active Directory, Office 365, General PC, server and network infrastructure skills (building, configuring and troubleshooting)
  • Microsoft certification(s) (MCTS/MCSE)
  • University Degree/Tafe diploma
  • Office 365 – Provision, migrate and maintain
  • Hyper-V
  • Storage
  • Azure (desirable)
  • Lync (desirable)
