Combo welcomes Patrick Scaramozzino

It has been a while since we sent a newsletter and I am pleased to say it has been because we got busy. Having taken on the staff and clients of ComputerHeads in a merger and having brought on our new General Manager Patrick Scaramozzino I am pleased to say we have had a lot to do and communications took a back seat for a while.

Patrick has come to us from an extensive career in the telecommunications and IT industry and will be responsible for building the sales team that will help us move to the next level. Please welcome him to the team and let him know if you have friends or colleagues who need help with their IT systems.

 A great start to FY 2013

As always at Combo our primary focus is the needs of our clients and providing excellent service on all matters IT. We have continued to develop the three levels of our help desk and our consulting team to be ready to support your business needs. We have recently had a strong focus on Microsoft Cloud technology which has placed us on the list of top ten Office 365 Resellers in Australia. We have also been working with hosted server infrastructure and server virtualisation.

We are pleased to share that we finished last year with revenue growth exceeding 12% and a small profit despite decreasing hardware sales and tough economic times for the service industry in Victoria.

With the first quarter of the new financial year well and truly under way we are very excited about the year ahead and the possibilities opening up for us. We hope to share more success stories with you as the year proceeds.

As always we look forward to receiving referrals from you all to ensure we have the opportunity to assist more businesses to remove the impediments to growth caused by IT.
