Australian Achiever Award - "Combo in Fitzroy North wins customer service award for the third year running." In 2006, we won the Australian Achiever Award for Excellence in Customer Service with an overall score of 98.27%. Last year we topped the category again with an unbeatable 100.00%! We tried again and held onto the trophy for a third year with a score of 99.68% The award focuses on seven criteria, namely: Time related service, Addressing client needs, Care and attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall perception. 	2009 BRW Fast 100 list is a testament to our continued rapid growth.  Combo has now been named on this list for three consecutive years. Once again Combo has been placed on the BRW Fast 100 List, which highlights Australia's fastest growing businesses. After ranking 49th last year and 69th the previous, Combo has ranked 59th in 2009. The BRW Fast 100 is a list of Australia's definitive fastest growing small and medium businesses and is described as the most comprehensive guide to this critically important sector. Thanks to all our customers, suppliers and employees who have been involved with Combo. Without your contributions Combo would not be where it is today. 	Combo has been named Champion of Information Technology at the inaugural Victoria Small Business Champion Awards. The ‘Australian Small Business Champion Awards’ is a prestigious and comprehensive program that supports and recognises small businesses throughout the nation.
